After reviewing several estimates in similar ballpark, we settled on Good Guy b/c of the flexibility and ease of working with Joe. Our first project has been a remodel of the MBA to incorporate a soaker tub (relocating the toilet to its own room, changing plumbing, wiring, and electrical, adding a new tub, new flooring, etc). The experience has been great – Joe is wonderful to work with, has that strategic mind and laid back mindset others have mentioned. The crews also are great – they really are good, honest guys (and they clean up so well at the end of the day we can barely tell they’ve been there). There was a lot of keep, plus a lot to change in this ‘small space’ project, and Joe and the crews all worked tirelessly to make sure it came out wonderfully, including a few unique components that were important to us. Our next project with GGHI will be the full basement, and we are really looking forward not just to the outcome, but working through all the pieces with Joe and his crews.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had Good Guy Home Improvements finish our basement, and the experience was great from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would, and the project stayed on schedule.

The quality of the work is outstanding, and we’re extremely happy with how everything turned out. It’s hard to find contractors who are reliable, trustworthy, and do great work, but Good Guy Home Improvement checked all the boxes. Highly recommend!

We used them to finish part of our basement, earlier this year. Their payment schedule was a big comfort, knowing how other contractors work, where you pay when the project has reached certain milestones. Very good communication and took the upmost care at protecting our house while they worked. Our basement looks great! We plan to use them again when we need to makeover a room.

Good Guy Home Improvements did an amazing job on my master bathroom. They made my vision come to life. They were able to extend my bathroom to double the size and make it ADA approved.

Good Guys Home Improvement did an excellent job on replacing my roof. They replaced the boards and installed the new shingles. I'm very happy with their work.

We had Good Guy Home Improvements finish a family room, bathroom, and future dry bar area in our basement. The project finished ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with the results. Joe, Bryan, Drake, and the whole team were easy to work with and we appreciated their professionalism and drive to get our project exactly the way we wanted. Thx guys!

Joe and his team remodeled two rooms in our farmhouse.

Their team is awesome. We are so very happy with the work they have done. Additionally, we added some work along the way and they had no trouble executing.

Great communication with the team, great coordination with the dogs. Treated the house great.

10/10. Calling you guys for everything from now on :)

I will try to find some before photos and post. It’s unreal.
