We document findings with photos and walk through the results with you in plain language at the end.
How long does the roofing process take from estimate to completion?
Most projects are scheduled within 1–2 weeks of estimate approval. Roof replacements typically take 1–2 days. Repairs are usually completed the same day. We confirm exact timelines during scheduling.
Will you explain repair vs. replacement options?
Always. If both options are viable, we explain the trade-offs honestly—cost, lifespan, long-term value—and let you decide. We never push replacement when repair makes more sense for your situation.
How do you protect my property during the project?
We stage materials carefully to minimize impact on landscaping. Tarps protect ground areas below the work zone. After installation, we perform a complete magnetic nail sweep of the lawn and driveway and clear gutters of debris before leaving.
What happens after the work is complete?
We walk through the completed project with you, answer any questions, and hand over warranty documentation. You pay only when the work is done and you’re satisfied. If any issue arises after completion, call us—we stand behind every project.
