Basement Finishing
We at Good Guy Home Improvements LLC have accumulated a rather large customer base in soon to be 17 years since our inception back in April of 2006. We have finished basements in Oakwood, Kettering, Centerville, Bellbrook, Springboro, Waynesville, Lebanon, Maineville, Franklin, Mason, Middletown, Trenton, Miamisburg, West Carrolton, Beavercreek, Xenia, etc... Serving Montgomery, Greene, Warren, and Butler counties. We are located on the border of Warren and Montgomery County in Centerville.
We have honed our skills on every level so that you can be comfortable with the basement finishing process from beginning to end. The project isn't cheap but I firmly believe we are competitive with the level of quality, customer service, and transparency that you receive after hiring us. Permits
We pull all the proper permits for finishing your basement. Codes are the required minimums that need to be performed but minimums sometimes aren't quite enough and we treat your project as if it were done in our own homes, so that means we go above code in many areas. Building, HVAC, and Electrical permits need pulled to finish a basement and if there is any plumbing involved then a plumbing permit will need pulled as well. Inspections are performed by inspectors from the county or city that the permits are pulled. They come out to do rough inspections after all framing is complete and the plumbing, electric, and HVAC have been roughed in. Once the rough inspections pass there will be an insulation inspection then drywall can be hung and everything completed. The inspectors will return for a final inspection upon completion.Custom Basement Finishing Services
